Donations directly support:
- Seasonal programs designed to inspire and educate visitors through art- and nature-based experiences, fostering strong connections to the outdoors and care for the land
- Environmental education to engage local youth
- Continued transition of our gardens to an ecologically-diverse landscape and management of invasive species
- Further development of accessible pathways throughout the park and increasing wheelchair access to the first two floors of the Spiral House
- Curation of Tom Gottsleben’s artwork in our outdoor sculpture field and inside the Spiral House, including guided tours
- Creating a rotating showcase for other artists’ work within the park

Membership Levels and Benefits
For our first full season, we are pleased to offer generous inaugural year benefits. All members receive these standard benefits:
- Unlimited admission to SHP grounds on Open Park Days and Member-Only Days (Mondays & Fridays from April – November)
- Discounted (15% off) workshops and events
- Access to member-only days and offerings
- Recognition in our annual report
All memberships are good for one year from date of purchase.
There are additional benefits for different tiers.
Unlimited admission for one person during open days plus all standard benefits.
Same as Individual benefits but for two! Useful for couples, friends, or family.
Unlimited admission for two caregivers and their children under 18, discounted (15% off) workshops and events for the whole family, as well as other standard benefits.
Same benefits as Individual membership at a discounted rate.
Receives Dual level benefits, plus a 15% discount on SHP products and books, two complimentary passes to all events and workshops (available with registration), and an invitation to a special donor event each summer.
Same as Bluestone Backer plus a special gift mailed each winter and a private guided tour of the house and sculpture field for up to five visitors.
Same as Pollinator Patron, with park admission for up to four, four complimentary guest passes (with registration) to events and workshops, and reserved VIP parking for larger events.
All benefits of a House Hero plus one complimentary Pollinator Patron membership ($500 value) for a friend or family member, and a private tour of Tom Gottsleben’s artist studios (currently closed to the public) for up to five visitors.
Same as Crystal Champion, plus unlimited park admission, unlimited tickets with registration to workshops led by the SHP team, complimentary entry with registration for up to four to all annual events and other workshops, and use of the Spiral House for a small, private event (additional costs may apply).
In addition to all the benefits of the Spiral Stewards, this membership level also includes complimentary entry for up to eight (with registration) to all annual events and other workshops, as well as use of the Spiral House for a daytime retreat.
Gift Memberships
Do you have a special friend or family member who loves the Hudson Valley, being in and caring for nature, or the arts? Give them the gift of membership to Spiral House Park. A gift membership includes benefits for one year. We will send a gift acknowledgement to you and a uniquely designed card to notify the recipient of your gift.

Tax Exempt Status
Spiral House Park is a nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity. As such, a portion of your membership contribution is tax-deductible as permitted by law. Ask us for more information.

Volunteer at Spiral House Park
Volunteers are at the heart of keeping Spiral House Park vibrant, welcoming, and thriving. As a non-profit organization, we rely on (and deeply appreciate!) the generosity and dedication of our volunteers to assist in the stewardship of this unique place. Whether you are passionate about the arts, nature, or simply giving back, your time and energy make a meaningful difference.
Our volunteer program is designed to be flexible and fulfilling. We offer a variety of perks to show our appreciation, including program discounts, park access, and recognition for your contributions. We also offer flexible schedules, a chance to build new skills, and a community of like-hearted individuals. Whether you can join us regularly or just for a day, we hope you will consider being an SHP volunteer.
